Fr. Alex visit to Affinity 5/8 - 5/11

Fr. Alex from Alto Cayma Peru arrived on Friday May 8, 2009 to Appleton Wisconsin.  He came to Appleton to have an opportunity to meet people at Affinity Health System and to share his story of the Mission of Alto Cayma.

 

 

His schedule:

Friday May 8

12:00-1:30pm Appleton Rotary - he shared his Mission story with the Rotary

1:30-2:30 - Visited with a friend Dr. Fred Groos from Steven Point.  He and his wife Dr. Jeanne Groos worked at the Alto Cayma clinic for one year.

3:00-4:00 - Toured areas of St. Elizabeth Hospital

4:15-4:45 - Toured Fox Cities Community Clinic

5:00- Dr. Ed Scanlan and his wife Shelia were Fr. Alex Host

 

Saturday May 9

Breakfast in Green Bay

Free time with Scanlan Family at Neenah Flat Grass Soccer Tournament

5:30-6:30pm - Hispanic Mass at St. Theresa in Appleton

6:30-10:00pm - Social at Donatelle home - opportunity for Fr. Alex to see people who have been to Alto Cayma

 

Sunday May 10

9:30 - Mass at St. Margaret Mary Parish in Neenah

Free time

Travel to Milwaukee for a reception at Mount Mary College in Milwaukee

 

Monday May 11

9:00-10:30 St. Mary High School

10:30-12:00 Xavier High School

12:15-1:45 - Lunch with Affinity Executive Team

1:45-2:15 - Time at NHP building to meet people

2:15 - travel back to Milwaukee
